About Me

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO), a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist (CAMFT) and a Certified Sex Therapist (BESTCO) in Ontario.  I also have a certified supervisor for CAMFT and she provides supervision for people getting their designation with CRPO.

 

I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of Guelph, my Master’s degree at the University of Toronto and a post degree program in Couple and Family Therapy at the Interfaith Institute in Kitchener.  I have extensive experience doing psychotherapy with couples, families, as well as individuals. I am also trained in life coaching and have lead numerous workshops on Mental Health Wellness in a variety of workplaces in  London and Southwestern Ontario.
