Payment

I do not offer direct billing or Visa Payment but accept e-transfer, cash or cheques.

Many people pay for therapy and are able to be reimbursed through their insurance provider. It is important to check with your provider to be sure that they cover the designation of Registered Psychotherapist. People who pay on their own can put receipts against medical expenses on their income tax at the end of each year.

I am happy to provide information regarding my fees by phone or email. Payment is due at each session by cash, cheque or by e-transfer, In order to offer your appointment time to another client, I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice of appointment change or cancellation. Less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will be billed at the full session rate.
